Eat some Takuwan and add a little sunshine to your meal today. Takuwan is a bright yellow pickled radish that is crispy and sweet with a hint of tartness. It gets it's sunny yellow color from tumeric, because we never use chemicals or artificial coloring.  It's is a favorite ban chan (side dish) and goes great with bulgolgi, rolled into kimbap, in sandwiches, or you can just eat it straight from the jar.
